Research
interests:
My main research interest is in morphology and
evolution of snakes, especially of the Colubridae. My research focuses on
evolutionary changes in the skull morphology and head muscles of the
Lampropeltiini (Elaphe, Lampropeltis
and related genera). In addition, I study the sexual dimorphism in body
proportions in Natrix natrix and Lacerta agilis. Occasionally I
enjoy projects in reptilian ecology.
